Bull Classic Country, including this website, app and the audio product, collectively called the “platform,” are owned and operated by Branded Broadcast, Inc., a Texas corporation. Branded Broadcast employs the use artificial intelligence (AI) in the creation of parts of our websites, apps and audio products.

We collect data about your general location when you use our platform on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Voices messages and voice to text messages to the platform from our general and request phone numbers may be retained.

If you submit visual, digital information, that data may be retained.

While we offer in-platform purchases, all transactions are made through third party vendors, and are subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not retain information, such as credit card information, on our platform.

Information you disclose publicly on our platform, such as a public comment, is solely your responsibility and not subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

If you use our App, we may send push notifications. If you do not wish to receive push notifications, you can turn them off at the device level in your App settings.

If you receive marketing communications from us digitally, and would like to opt-out, you are free to do so at the time of engagement through the opt-out option presented. We may still contact you about any account you may hold with our platform.

Your Privacy

We have disclosed that we collect certain sets of data depending on your usage of the platform. You have the right to request deletion of any such data that we control directly, such as the deletion of a user account. We cannot delete data collected and maintained by third parties, with which we do business, in the course of operating the platform. If such request is made to delete data in our direct control, every reasonable effort will be made to do so, but we cannot guarantee 100% deletion because some data in our control is hosted by third-party platforms, which have their own terms of service and privacy policies.

No electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot warrant the security of any information you may send to the platform, and you use the platform and provide it with data at your own risk.

Our platform may contain links to other platforms and websites that we do not own or operate, such as, but not limited to, advertising links provided in ads by third parties. We are not responsible for and do not recommend these sites or their content, products, services or privacy policies or practices. These other websites, apps and services may independently collect data or solicit personal Information, and may or may not have their own published privacy policies. It is your responsibility to asses these third parties before interacting with them.

Geographic Service Area and Agreement to Arbitration

This platform is governed by and operated in Texas, United States and in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, The platform is not intended for other geographic regions, even if the platform may be available outside of Texas and the United States. United States residents, who wish to do business with, advertise, consume or participate in our platform agree to arbitration in the event of any dispute related to the platform itself or its owners, directors, agents, employees or third parties representing the platform in an authorized manner.

Children Under The Age of 13

Our platform is not for use by children under age 13.

We reserve the right to makes changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. We will disclose the date of update. Changes insure that we can keep you up to date and include technological changes that affect the policy. Any changes we may make to our Privacy Policy will be posted on this page.
